| Brief Profile of the Organisation |
Pattan has been working with flood-affected communities since 1992 when Pakistan was hit with super floods. It has an experienced and qualified team in disaster preparedness/management. Pattan believes in community-based disaster preparedness/management and public advocacy approach. Currently we are working in 25 districts of Sindh, Punjab and Khyber-Pahtunkhwa. Pattan is a steering committee member and focal organisation for Pakistan of the Asian Disaster Reduction and Response Network. |
